Small Group Personal Training now has a 12 hour advanced registration requirement. Full instructions for registering are at the bottom of the page.

We have designated many of our classes with a (P), which stands for pre- and post-natal friendly. This means that the regular teacher has had pre-natal training and that the class can be modified appropriately for pregnant women. Feel free to call us with questions.

TO PRE-REGISTER FOR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:

Create a Log-in ID for our Booking Website (Skip to the next step if you already have an ID)
1. Go to our booking website.
2. Look at the top right corner and click Sign Up. Create a login ID and password for our website.

Pay for your Class
1. Click on the Online Store tab at the top of the page. From the dropdown menu select “Workshops”, then either the SGPT 5-pack or $23 SGPT Single Class. Complete your payment transaction here.

Register for Class
1. Click the Workshops tab at the top of page and scroll to the session you want to sign up for. Click Sign Up Now!
2. Click Enroll. It will take you to the My Schedule page where it shows you the classes you are registered for. If you cannot complete the registration process, call the studio at 773.904.7870. Class will not take place if there are no pre-registrations, i.e. do not assume you can drop in.
